If you require a sample of our products, we are usually able to provide a random one at no charge. This is not always the case. This policy varies from item to item.

As we are Professional Promotional Products Consultants, a Fee may be incurred for Consultations. Fees will be up to our discretion.

Once you place an order, give us a credit card for payment, a check for payment or we begin design work for you, fees WILL BE incurred.

If order is processed in it's Entirety, Fees maybe waived or maybe included in the sale price of the order. However, if order is terminated by customer Prematurely or for no Legitimate reason, Fees will be incurred
