Returns and Refunds Policy: 

You are ordering a customized product from, these products cannot be resold to anyone else.

As our customer, it is important for you are aware and informed that you are ordering a customized product. Therefore, the images, words and information that you place on your products will be printed exactly as you specify them. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you double check these elements, including spelling, for accuracy before submitting an order, and once a proof is provided to you.

Replacements are issued if the products are damaged or broken through no fault of the customer. Refunds after the product is created and received will not be issued.

If your product has been damaged or broken during shipment, you need to return the product to us. YOU MUST CONTACT us first within 5 business days.  You will need to provide digital pictures of damage at that time.  Once we establish that the product is damaged during shipment, we will issue an RMA number for return and replacement of the product.  The shipment will be rerun and replaced at that time. Replacements can take up to 30 days to complete after product is received back to us with RMA number prominently displayed on packages.

All products returned without and official RMA # will be denied, and we are not liable for them in any way.
